The chair's scientific direction:
Building of democratic, legal state, forming the civic society, liberalization of social-economic life, the problems of transition to market relations.
More than 100 articles and reports' theses have been published by the chair's teachers.
The chair takes an active part in the actions of the institute's Spiritual and Enlightenment Centre.
At present 2 professors, 3 assistant professors are working at the chair.
