Harmonious developed generation is the future of the country
During the last 6 years the Regional office of the WHO European Department has been carrying out the Special Project on Pharmacy for the countries of CIS on reforming and developing the pharmaceutical education in the countries of Central Asia. According to the evaluation of the WHO the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute is one of the establishments, which are most successfully realizing the Project, especially on the issues of implementing the up-to-date disciplines in the teaching process, focused on the needs of health - first of all on safe and effective application of drugs and quality principles. According to the plan of the project the conferences on reforming and developing pharmaceutical education are annually held in Central Asian republics, thus in 2005 the Net Conference was held on the base of the Institute; the representatives of Kirghizstan, Tadjikistan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Denmark, the Ukraine, Russia took part in it.
The demonstrational centre was founded for teaching and demonstrating the opportunities of the modern analytical equipments with the participance of the following firms: Fortek (Agilent Techologis - Germany), Methler Toledo - Switzerland.
The analytical seminar (with distribution of certificates) at the theme "Validation" was held, in which the foreign firms such as Fortek (Agilent Techologis - Germany), Methler Toledo (Switzerland), Erweka (Germany), Jurgens (Germany) participated.
The contracts on the scientific-technical collaboration in the sphere of preparing the specialists and joint researches on the actual directions of the pharmaceutical science have been signed with the National Pharmaceutical University of the Ukraine, the State Medical Academy of South Kazakhstan, the first Moscow Medical Academy named after M.I.Sechenov, the Perm State Pharmaceutical Academy, the St.Petersburg Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy. The contracts were signed with the different firms and organizations of Russia, Pakistan, India, Jordan on holding joint scientific research works.
